The Bangladesh Coast Guard has invited tenders for the construction and delivery of five Riverine Patrol Vessels (RPVs). These vessels will be used for ensuring riverine security, patrolling, and law enforcement operations.

To participate in this project, bidding companies must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in shipbuilding.

According to relevant authorities, there is a strong possibility that these vessels will be built in Bangladesh, which marks a positive step forward for the local shipbuilding industry.

Interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their tenders within the stipulated deadline.
